Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of the LTV & ROAS Analytics Dashboard (the "Dashboard"), operated by Robust Digital Kft. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Dashboard you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access it.
1. Access is restricted
The Dashboard is a private internal business tool. Access is granted only to employees, contractors and authorised representatives of Robust Digital Kft., and only for the purpose of performing work for us. It is not a public service and there is no public sign-up.
Access credentials are personal to you. You must not share them, and you must tell us immediately at daniel1@robust.digital if you believe they have been compromised.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access the Dashboard without authorisation, or use anyone else's credentials;
- disclose, publish or transfer any data from the Dashboard outside Robust Digital Kft. without written permission;
- use the Dashboard for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Google API Services User Data Policy or the Google Ads API Terms of Service;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer or circumvent any security or access control of the Dashboard;
- extract data in bulk other than as required for your authorised work.
3. Confidentiality
All information available through the Dashboard — including revenue, advertising spend, customer metrics and the methods used to derive them — is confidential information of Robust Digital Kft.. You must keep it confidential, during and after your engagement with us, and use it only for authorised purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The Dashboard, its underlying software, models and documentation, and all data presented through it, are owned by Robust Digital Kft. or its licensors. These Terms grant you no licence except the limited right to use the Dashboard for authorised work.
5. Accuracy of information
The Dashboard presents estimates, forecasts and derived metrics. Predictive figures are modelled, not guaranteed, and measured figures depend on data supplied by third parties including payment processors and advertising platforms. Figures may be incomplete, delayed or later revised. They are provided for internal decision-making and should not be relied on as statements of fact or as financial, accounting or tax advice.
6. Availability
We provide the Dashboard on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robust Digital Kft. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Dashboard.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Termination
We may suspend or withdraw your access at any time, with or without notice, including when your engagement with us ends or when we believe these Terms have been breached. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and the courts of Hungary have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised version is published at this address with an updated "Last updated" date, and applies from the date it is published. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
